Javni Poziv za Smeštaj i ishranu za učesnike REM obuke – Public Call Accommodation and meal for participants at REM Training, SODI-PN: 2410RS160

Solidaritätsdienst International e.V. (SODI) u saradnji sa Udruženjem Roma Braničevskog okruga (URBO) realizuje projekat „Unapređenje društvenog statusa Roma kroz njihovu aktivnu inkluziju u zapošljavanje“. (broj projekta SODI: SODI: 2410RS160).
Pozivamo Vas da učestvujete na ovom DA-01/2025 Javni poziv za smeštaj i ishranu za učesnike REM obuke, koji je objavljen u okviru Projekta “Unapređenje društvenog statusa Roma kroz njihovu aktivnu inkluziju u zapošljavanje”.
Pružalac usluga je odgovoran za obezbeđivanje sledećeg:
A. Smeštaj (smeštaj i ishrana za 5 učesnika obuke do 9 dana)
- Trajanje: 6 noći / 9 dana
- Zahtevi za sobe: 5 jednokrevetnih ili dvokrevetnih soba
- Standardni sadržaji: neprekidno snabdevanje električnom energijom (24h), klima-uređaj, brzi Wi-Fi internet i svakodnevno održavanje/higijena sobe
- Bezbednost: 24-časovno obezbeđenje i procedure za vanredne situacije i evakuaciju
B. Usluge ishrane (puni pansion) za 5 učesnika obuke do 9 dana
Pružalac usluga mora obezbediti tri nutritivno izbalansirana i kulturološki prilagođena obroka dnevno:
- Dan 1: ručak i večera
- Dan 2: doručak, ručak i večera
- Dan 3: doručak i ručak
Posebni zahtevi u ishrani: obezbeđivanje vegetarijanskih, veganskih i drugih specifičnih obroka na zahtev.
C. Ketering usluge na lokaciji
Pružalac usluga treba da obezbedi profesionalne ketering/usluge obroka tokom trajanja događaja, uz serviranje svih obroka na licu mesta, u predviđenom prostoru za obedovanje.
- Obim usluge: ukupno 24 obroka za grupu od 4 osobe
- Način serviranja: servirani (plated) obroci
D. Kafe pause
- Količina: 14 kafe pauza tokom trajanja događaja
- Zahtevi: svaka pauza treba da uključi kafu/čaj/sok, vodu i raznovrsne grickalice (peciva, voće i sl.)
E. Konferencijska sala i tehnologija
- Trajanje: 9 dana
- Zahtevi za prostorije: konferencijska sala kapaciteta najmanje 9 osoba, adekvatno osvetljenje i blizina toaleta
- Tehnologija i oprema:
- Brzi Wi-Fi internet za sve učesnike
- LCD projektor/ekran sa daljinskim upravljačem
- Flip-čart table ili bele table sa markerima i papirom
- Tehnička podrška na licu mesta radi obezbeđenja funkcionalnosti opreme

Rok za podnošenje ponuda je 16.01.2026. godine do 12:00 časova. Sve ponude primljene nakon isteka ovog roka biće automatski odbačene.

Solidaritätsdienst International e.V. (SODI) in cooperation with Association of Roma Branicevo District (ARBD) implementing the project “Improving the social status of Roma through their active inclusion in employment” (SODI project number: 2007RS110).
We would like to invite you to participate in this DA 01/2025 Public call Accommodation and meal for participants at REM Training, published under the Project, Improving the social status of Roma through their active inclusion in employment.
The service provider shall be responsible for providing the following :
A. Accommodation (Accommodation and meals for 5 training participants up to 9 days)
- Duration:6 nights / 9 days
- Room Requirements:5 single or double rooms.
- Standard Amenities:24-hour electricity, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and daily housekeeping.
- Security:24-hour security personnel and emergency exit procedures.
B. Catering Services (Full Board Meals) for 5 training pariticipants up to 9 days
The provider must deliver three nutritious and culturally appropriate meals per day:
- Day 1: Lunch and Dinner.
- Day 2: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
- Day 3: Breakfast and Lunch.
Dietary Needs: Provision for vegetarian, vegan, and other specific dietary requirements upon request.
C. On-Site Catering Services
The service provider shall deliver professional catering services/meal for the duration of the event, ensuring all meals are served on-site in a designated dining area.
- Service Volume: 24 total meals for a group of 4 people
- Service Style: Plated Service
D. Coffee Breaks
- Quantity:14 coffee breaks over the event duration.
- Requirements:Each break should include coffee/tea/juice and water and assorted snacks (pastries, fruit, etc.).
E. Conference Room and Technology
- Duration:9 days
- Room Requirements:Conference room with capacity for at least 9 people, adequate lighting, and proximity to restrooms.
- Technology & Equipment:
- High-speed Wi-Fi internet access for all participants.
- LCD Projector/Screen, remote control
- Flip charts/whiteboards with markers and paper.
- On-site technical support to ensure equipment functionality.

The deadline for submission of offers is 16.01.2026, at 12:00 hours. Any tender received after this deadline will be automatically rejected.
